Job Title: OSP Design Engineer (Fresher).

Location: Remote/Based out of Delhi, Gurgaon Noida, or Ghaziabad only.

Employment Type: Full-time.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

(Fresher)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with a

B.Tech degree (mandatory)

and possess good communication and analytical skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity to begin a career in fiber network design and telecom infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and drafting of

Outside Plant (OSP)

fiber network layouts. Support senior engineers in preparing

AutoCAD drawings, fiber routes, and construction plans

. Collect and analyze site survey data to prepare network design documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for design validation and project updates. Ensure compliance with design standards, safety, and quality requirements.
Learn and apply telecom design tools and software under guidance.

Requirements:

Education:

B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related field (mandatory).

Experience:

Fresher (0-2 year).

Skills:

+ Basic understanding of telecom/fiber networks preferred.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Good verbal and written

communication skills

.
+ Proficiency in

MS Office

; knowledge of

AutoCAD or GIS tools

is a plus.
