:Key Responsibilities * VMware Administration

• Design, implement, and manage VMware environments, including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize virtualized infrastructure performance.
• Perform capacity planning and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Plan and execute VM migrations, updates, and backups.

• Windows Server Management

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage Group Policies and user permissions for secure and efficient operations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Windows servers for performance, security, and availability issues.
• Patch and update Windows servers in compliance with security best practices.

• On-Premises Infrastructure

• Maintain and manage physical server hardware remotely, storage systems, and network components.
• Provisioning and Decommissioning VMs, ensuring all steps are completed as part of the standard process.
• Ensure robust disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for on-premises setups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Conduct regular health checks, monitoring, and audits of on-premises systems.

• Security and Compliance

• Implement and maintain security controls to safeguard infrastructure against vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.

• Support and Troubleshooting

• Provide Level 2/3 support for infrastructure-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Document processes, configurations, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and continuity.

• Proven experience in VMware administration and Windows server environments.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization concepts, storage systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience or knowledge of Manage Engine tools, such as End-point central and AD Audit.
• Hands-on experience with backup, restore, and disaster recovery tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM tool, raising tickets and changes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar are a plus.

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integration.
• Exposure to infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
