Our integrated solutions offering is aimed at creating value for our customers, helping them in improving their business processes with minimum hassles and capital outlays.The Role:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented OS Test Engineer Server Side with a strong understanding of server architecture and operating system qualification processes. This role involves validating pre-release operating system builds, conducting certification testing, configuring test environments, and ensuring seamless OS integration on HPE Synergy systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OS testing, infrastructure setup, and hardware configurations.Skills Required:

• Proficient in OS qualification for enterprise distributions: SLES, RHEL, Windows Server, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu.
• Experience with HPE Synergy systems and OneView management.
• Familiarity with server setup, firmware and driver installation, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Ability to configure test setups using DHCP, TFTP, NFS, etc.
• Experience in OS certification workflows for VMware, Linux, and Windows platforms.
• Hands-on with bug tracking and reporting tools.
• Understanding of infrastructure setup and network protocols related to test environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Relevant certifications in operating systems or virtualization technologies are an added advantage (e.g., RHCE, LPIC, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware VCP).
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in OS testing, validation, and certification on enterprise server platforms.
• Proven experience with operating systems such as SLES, RHEL, Ubuntu, Oracle Linux, and Windows Server.
