Summary
We are seeking a motivated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our clinical team, offering hands-on experience in a high-volume orthopedic department. Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and interpret diagnostic imaging for musculoskeletal conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, spine issues, and pediatric orthopedic cases.

• Assist in and perform surgical procedures including joint replacements, arthroscopy, fracture fixation, spinal surgeries, and hand/foot surgeries.

• Provide pre- and post-operative care, including patient counseling and follow-up.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.

• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with institutional standards.

• Participate in on-call duties and emergency trauma response.

• Engage in continuous learning, clinical audits, and teaching activities under supervision.

Requirements

• MBBS with MS Ortho or DNB Ortho qualification.

• Valid registration with Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state council.

• Proficiency in core orthopedic procedures: trauma, joint replacement, arthroscopy, spine surgery, fracture fixation, pediatric orthopedics, and hand/foot surgery.

• Strong knowledge of surgical anatomy, biomechanics, and evidence-based practice.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-call schedules.

• Basic proficiency in EMR systems and digital imaging tools.

• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
