Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon to diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal disorders, including bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. The role involves performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat bone, joint, ligament, tendon, and muscle conditions. Perform orthopaedic surgeries (e.g., fracture fixation, joint replacement, arthroscopy, spinal procedures). Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care and counseling. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Collaborate with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, and other healthcare providers. Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records. Stay updated with medical advancements, surgical techniques, and orthopaedic innovations. Participate in hospital/clinic quality improvement programs. Ensure compliance with medical ethics, hospital policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBBS with MS/DNB in Orthopaedics (mandatory). Valid registration with Medical Council of India/State Medical Council. Proven experience in orthopaedic surgery (minimum [X] years preferred). Strong diagnostic, surgical, and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate approach with a patient-centric mindset. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.

Work Conditions:

[Full-time/Part-time/Visiting Consultant] OPD, IPD, Emergency, and Surgical responsibilities. May involve weekend and on-call duties as per hospital roster
