1. He / She will guide the technicians, Nurses in their clinical and assigned administrative and teaching duties

2. He / She will conduct regular training of technicians, Nurses and Other Staff as per BLS & ACLS principals and as & when required.

3. He /She will ensure departmental policies are known, understood and adhered to by the team including infection control, record keeping etc

4. He / She will monitor and ensure proper functioning of the departmental services run by the hospital.

5. Consistently monitoring patients' progress.

6. Taking patients' histories, using specialized equipment to determine the extent of a fraction or injury, and determining the best mode of treatment.

7. Performing blood tests to check for degenerative bone conditions.

8. Strengthening an area of the body through exercises, ultrasounds, and strength training.

9. Surgically repairing bones, nerves, ligaments, tendons, and joints to promote healing.

10. Treating Acute and chronic injuries and pain.

11. Prescribing medications to aid patients in their recovery.

12. Monitoring patients' healing processes and making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.

13. Arranging rehabilitation plans after surgeries.

14. Supervising and assigning duties to nurses and other medical staff, and referring patients to other specialists for further treatment or recovery plans.
