Assist and guide orthopaedic patients throughout their treatment journey.
Explain procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up requirements.
Coordinate with doctors, staff, and departments for smooth patient flow.
Maintain patient records and ensure timely communication.
Provide compassionate support and address patient queries.
Requirements:
Experience in patient counselling (orthopaedics preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle OPD flow and manage patient coordination.
Basic computer knowledge.
Immediate joining preferred.
