Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Orthodontist to join our team at our Malad location. This is a full-time position suitable for a fresher, with a maximum of 3 years of work experience required. The Orthodontist will play a key role in treatment planning, conducting tele-consultations, and utilizing advanced dental software and tools to ensure effective patient care and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills

  • MDS (Mandatory skill) is essential to ensure knowledge of orthodontic treatment practices necessary for delivering quality care.
  • Non Clinical (Mandatory skill) expertise required to excel in back-office procedures and patient management outside chairside assistance.
  • Proficiency in treatment planning to organize and maximize patient outcomes through effective long-term strategic care.
  • Experience in tele consultation, allowing efficient communication and assessment of patients' needs remotely.
  • Familiarity with dental software for accurate patient record maintenance and treatment analysis documentation.
  • Ability to take detailed dental impressions to aid in the diagnosis and creation of corrective dental appliances.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for building rapport and trust with patients and team members.
  • Consistency in delivering patient-centered care with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback implementation.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Create individualized treatment plans for orthodontic care that coordinate with patient-specific needs and conditions.
  • Conduct teleconsultations to assess and communicate with patients regarding treatment options, progress, and follow-up care.
  • Use dental impressions to develop accurate molds for appliances and ensure precise treatment and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to integrate treatment plans effectively and support overall clinical excellence.
  • Provide educational sessions and guidance to patients on dental hygiene practices related to orthodontic care.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records in digital formats, ensuring seamless operations and documentation fidelity.
  • Participate in professional development and continually update skills and competencies within the orthodontic field.
