Treatment of Malignant disorders of the Musculoskeletal System. Orthopedic Oncologist treat conditions such as : Primary bone cancers soft tissue sarcomas cancers, colon or prostate, that have spread to the bone. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Treatment of malignant disorders of the musculoskeletal system
- Orthopedic oncologists treat conditions such as:
- Primary bone cancers
- Soft tissue sarcomas
- Cancers, colon or prostate, that have spread to the bone
- M.D. or equivalent degree/training
- Completion of an orthopedic Surgery Residency.
- Completion of orthopedic Oncology/ Musculoskeletal Fellowship.
- DM in Oncology
- Above 5 – 10 years
