Record and analyze feedback, sharing insights with sales and operations teams to enhance service quality.
Manage Instagram queries (DMs & comments), ensuring prompt, brand-aligned, and empathetic responses.
Maintain a structured feedback log for continuous service improvement.
Escalate issues or concerns to relevant teams for quick resolution while keeping the customer informed.
Monitor brand mentions, comments, and customer interactions on social media platforms to safeguard brand reputation.
Support the online sales and marketing team by highlighting recurring queries, FAQs, and potential leads from Instagram.
