Role Overview



The Organizational Behaviour Expert will support organizational assessments and institutional diagnostics with a focus on structure, processes, governance, and efficiency. The role involves analysing organizational systems and providing recommendations to improve performance, effectiveness, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct organizational and institutional assessments of public, private, or cooperative entities Analyse organizational structures, governance frameworks, and internal processes Support efficiency, performance, and functional reviews, including financial and operational aspects Identify gaps in roles, responsibilities, workflows, and coordination mechanisms Contribute to organizational restructuring, change management, and improvement strategies Support assessments related to financial audits, efficiency studies, and institutional strengthening Prepare diagnostic reports, assessment frameworks, and actionable recommendations Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and client organizations

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong understanding of organizational behaviour, institutional analysis, and change management Experience in organizational diagnostics, efficiency studies, or audit-related assessments Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Strong report writing, presentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Experience



Experience working on government, PSU, cooperative, or donor-funded projects Exposure to organizational reform, governance improvement, or institutional strengthening initiatives
