Builds and maintains group wide people reports and dashboards based on business demand
Rolls out an enterprise wide people reporting governance framework, with a focus on enabling HR and business users to access and use insights in the flow of work as well as the protection of sensitive data through modifications to organisation behaviour policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, and related tools.
Works across all People Technology and Functional teams to ensure efficient and effective changes and other operational elements including clear dependencies and touch-points
Measures and reports on indicators of performance, self service, and governance quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements
Leadership Responsibilities
Lead through influence across the People function globally to embed self service reporting practices across all of HR
Provide thought leadership to the business on best deploying insights in the flow of work and decision making

Detailed knowledge of LSEG people systems and data structures and reporting tools
Practical experience in reporting and BI authoring
