You will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimising campaigns that increase visibility, engagement, and patient acquisition -- without heavy reliance on paid ads.
Key Responsibilities
Online Organic Marketing

SEO & Website Growth
? Optimise website content, blogs, and landing pages for high-intent keywords.
? Manage backlink building, site audits, and technical SEO fixes in collaboration with developers.

Google Business Profile (GBP) & AI Search
? Regularly update GBPs across clinic locations, ensuring reviews, photos, and Q&A are fresh and optimised.
? Stay ahead of AI-driven search discovery (Google SGE, ChatGPT plugins, etc.) and adapt content for discoverability.

Social Media (Organic)
? Create and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
? Drive engagement through community building, user-generated content, and storytelling.
Offline & Partnership Marketing

Corporate Partnerships
? Develop and maintain relationships with HR and admin leaders to offer dental health checkups and employee benefits.
?
Hyperlocal Marketing
? Plan and execute low-cost, high-visibility campaigns near clinics (flyers, posters, community events, local influencers).

Community & Offline Partnerships
? Collaborate with gyms, cafes, salons, and housing societies for awareness and referral opportunities.

Requirements
? 2-4 years of experience in marketing (digital + offline exposure preferred).
? knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.).
? Comfortable with social media content creation and analytics.
? Strong communication and relationship-building skills for partnerships.
? Highly execution-oriented: ability to take ownership, hustle, and deliver results.
