Organic Marketing Head

to lead and oversee all non-paid marketing initiatives across our ventures.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute organic marketing strategies across SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Monitor performance of organic campaigns to drive visibility, engagement, and conversions. Lead and mentor the organic marketing team, ensuring best practices are followed. Oversee content planning, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO activities. Collaborate with social media and content teams to align strategies with brand objectives. Stay updated on search engine algorithms, platform updates, and industry trends. Report performance metrics and recommend improvements for consistent growth.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience

in organic marketing with proven results. Strong expertise in SEO, content strategy, community building, and analytics. Experience in managing organic growth across multiple brands/ventures. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
