Job Summary:
To train farmers and trainees in organic and sustainable farming practices, improving soil health, crop productivity, and farmer income while promoting environmentally friendly agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct training on organic farming principles and practices.
? Teach preparation and use of:
? Organic manure (FYM, compost, vermicompost)
? Bio-fertilizers and bio-pesticides
? Train on soil health management and crop nutrition.
? Demonstrate natural pest and disease management techniques.
Guide farmers on:
? Seed selection and treatment.
? Crop planning and rotation.
? Intercropping and mixed cropping.
? Conduct field demonstrations and practical sessions.
? Support farmers in transitioning from chemical to organic
farming.
? Assist in yield improvement and cost reduction strategies.
? Coordinate with field staff and project teams.
Qualifications & Experience
? Diploma / Degree in Agriculture / Organic Farming /
Horticulture.
? Minimum 1-3 years of practical experience in organic farming.
? Knowledge of local crops and farming practices is an
advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
