We are hiring an

Organic Farming Trainer

to conduct farmer training programs across India. The role requires strong

public speaking skills

, practical agricultural knowledge, and willingness to travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-ground

organic farming training sessions & workshops

Deliver engaging presentations to farmer groups Explain organic practices in

simple, practical language

Cover soil health, organic inputs, crop nutrition & protection Coordinate training schedules and submit basic reports
Requirements

Graduate in Agriculture

or related field Excellent

oratory / communication skills

Knowledge of

organic or natural farming

Comfortable with

frequent travel

Hindi required; Gujarati preferred
Preferred

Based in Gujarat Prior experience as Agriculture Trainer / Field Officer
