About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the care of a 40-acre farm, including crops such as mango, guava, paddy, and vegetables.
2. Prepare a crop calendar, including consumption estimation for offline and online stores, as well as sowing and crop plans.
3. Coordinate effectively with the Hyderabad team and the farm team.
4. Work from the Hyderabad office while also engaging in hands-on tasks at the farm in a hybrid mode.
5. Implement integrated pest management by preparing and applying natural pest inputs.
6. Conduct integrated nutrition management by preparing and applying natural macro and micronutrients.
7. Enhance the value of agricultural produce through primary processing.
8. Operate and maintain different agro machinery.
9. Plan and coordinate work schedules with farm staff.
10. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure smooth operations.
11. Assist in marketing efforts to promote farm produce.
12. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty whenever required during the training period.
