Eligibility:



Finance Professional with 6+ years' work experience Working with quick turn-around deadlines on working with Global stakeholders





Responsibilities :



Experience handling exemption certificates, taxability determinations, and audits Deep understanding of U.S. sales and use tax laws, including federal, state, and local jurisdictions Oversee the entire O2C cycle: order entry, credit management, invoicing, collections, and cash application. Lead and mentor the O2C team, set performance goals, and monitor progress. Provide training and support for team development. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues. Oversee accurate application of customer payments. Reconcile accounts and resolve unapplied cash issues. Ensure adherence to SOX controls and internal audit requirements. Maintain documentation for audits and respond to queries. Prepare aging reports, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and collection forecasts. Analyze trends and recommend process improvements. Identify inefficiencies and implement automation or best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for O2C processes.
