What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers. The role requires a good understanding of cash applications, the process of applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and process them from payment receipt to finalization. Design the process and configure the technology to support the process of creating and issuing customer invoices that begin with the creation of an invoice and end with the issuance of an invoice and creation of a corresponding receivable.
What are we looking for?
o Graduate of finance-related or business course; Accounting graduate an advantage o At least 6 months related working experience in OTC backend process. o Experience in any of skills below is preferred but not required. ? Sales, Billing, Cash Application, Manage Contracts, Credit Management, Collections, Reconciliations, respond to queries (voice and query capability) o Experience in any accounting ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc.) o Able to communicate well in English for verbal and written form o Analytical and fact-based decision-maker o Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations. o Experience in team interactions and facilitation o SSC, BPO experience an advantage but not required. o Able to perform analysis of data and tasks of medium to high complexity. Working Conditions o Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement. o Work hours at night. o Overtime and On-Call may be required. o Client holidays are observed instead of Philippine or local holidays. o o Manages and execute Order to Cash, Billing o Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports including, but not limited to, timely customer invoicing in accordance with contractual billing terms o Provide status of work in process, customers portfolio, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalate issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions. o Provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement in processes o Support month-end close of other OTC processes o May provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested
