What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. This team over looks the entire processes that starts from customers inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers. The role requires a good understanding of cash applications, the process of applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and process them from payment receipt to finalization. OTC Global Manager will be responsible for overall management of the OTC Non-Collections processes such as Billing Operations , AR Help desk, Cash applications , Credit Management & Global Credit Risk, ensuring that all metrics are met, and issues are resolved.

What are we looking for?

o Supervise the daily operation of Global Non-Collections - OTC processes with the overall goal of ensuring client expectations are met. o Daily operational performance management and meet targets including Service Level Agreements with client o Achieve client's Service Satisfaction at the level of client management and customers' experience o Establish and lead the OTC team including appropriate team managers succession plan is in place o Provide a holistic view of service delivery to the client. o Act as a clear escalation point to the client for service-related issues and facilitate resolution of any identified issues o Support Ad Hoc contractual projects for the client in line with the nominated project team. o Initiate and own continuous improvement projects within area of his/her responsibility. o Ensure compliance of the dedicated unit to Accenture policies and procedures applicable for the dedicated unit o Experience in Finance & Accounting, specifically in Order-to-Cash o Sound Operations management experience (including SLA management). o Strong Client interaction skills. o Fluent English skills including Oral and Business Writing o Attention to details o Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills o Strong commitment to working with teams o Providing excellent customer service o Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment o A natural ability to adapt to change o Experience in managing unstructured problems o Problems within this role are typically service related for the client. Problems can occur daily and can range from small client requests through to large service issues. o For contractual problems - working closely with SDL to ensure gaps are identified and closed with client agreement.


Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems o Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures o The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads o Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture o The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams o Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts o Min 5 years of demonstrated work experience in managing 10+ analysts within Cash applications processes. o Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, related process domain expertise and experience, supervisory skills o 1-2 years of experience in leading and motivating a team of 10+ analysts to achieve goals
