About the position:
Order to Cash Lead Manufacturing Domain Consulting
This role serves as an SME for Order to Cash Process to drive advisory and IT transformation project
across the entire Order-to-Cash cycle, including order management, billing, collections, cash application,
and dispute resolution
Role Level : Senior Consultant/Consultant
Key responsibilities
Engage CIO/CDO/Commercial IT leadership to define and develop world-class support and
service solutions for customers
Understanding of order to cash process.
Ability to assess as-is and to-be capabilities across O2C function.
Proven record in O2C process transformation and stakeholder engagement.
Conduct workshop and provide SME inputs on leading practices related process order to cash.
Deep understanding of process, KPI, maturity models related to order to cash.
Generate documentation and functional document to advise internal stakeholders of
aftermarket process related inputs.
Experience across any one of the orders to cash solutions including ERP and CRM solution across
O2C.
Strong ability to drive first principles and system thinking to client conversations.
Provide domain knowledge on inputs to help track warranty spend and performance.
Preferred Skills
Experience in aftermarket services or warranty management.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
Ability to vision and drive automation and AI-transformation initiatives (e.g., RPA, AI-driven
collections) across O2C process.
Experience in collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Finance teams to ensure
seamless O2C operations.
Understanding of 02C standard operating procedures (SOPs).Required Qualification
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or business management.
Minimum 6-year experience with minimum 3 years in O2C processes.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and O2C best practices.
Good communication skills and consulting acumen.
