Responsibilities:
Track and ensure timely completion of all orders
Coordinate with delivery partners to resolve on-ground issues
Update order status and communicate with customers proactively
Report daily performance and highlight any process gaps.
Ensure timely and accurate updates to our menu offerings.
Assist with store onboardings and maintaining up-to-date store information.
