We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient

Order Processor

who will be responsible for creating and managing jewellery orders accurately. The candidate must be proficient in Excel with good speed and should be able to interact with clients when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process jewellery orders as per client requirements (design, weight, quantity, delivery timelines). Maintain and update order records in Excel/ERP with accuracy and speed. Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution. Communicate with clients for order confirmation, clarifications, or updates when required. Monitor order status and follow up internally to avoid delays. Generate daily/weekly reports of orders for management review. Ensure documentation and compliance related to each order.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in

MS Excel

(data entry, formulas, reports). Good typing/data entry speed with accuracy. Strong communication and coordination skills. Prior experience in jewellery or order management preferred. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Graduate with basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
