Handle daily e-commerce order processing and dispatch.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely delivery.
Update order status in the system and maintain accurate records.
Check stock availability and process customer returns or replacements.
Communicate with customers or internal teams regarding order status.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce order processing.
Good knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart etc.) preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel).
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
