Responsibilities:

An Order Processing Specialist is responsible for managing customer orders from initiation to fulfilment. This includes reviewing orders, entering data, coordinating with relevant departments, and providing customer service. Key duties also encompass accurate order entry, inventory tracking, shipping logistics, and resolving order-related issues.

Major job responsibilities include:

Order Management:



Review, verify, and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Data Entry and System Management:



Input order information into the company's system, track order status, and maintain accurate records.

Coordination and Communication:



Collaborate with sales, inventory, shipping, and customer service teams to facilitate order fulfilment.

Issue Resolution:



Address order discrepancies, inventory shortages, and shipping issues, providing solutions to customers and internal teams.

Customer Service:



Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping timelines, and other order-related concerns.

Documentation and Record Keeping:



Maintain accurate and organized documentation of orders, tracking details from order entry to delivery.

Process Improvement:



Identify areas for improvement in order processing workflows and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.
