Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Attend training sessions and develop self-capabilities on an ongoing basis.
Customer satisfaction to recognize timelines and qualities in published output.
Timely and high-quality completion of cases, according to established objectives
Support internal systems, methods and procedures to maintain compliance
Understanding of client KPI & CPI requirements
Ensures all records and documents maintained as per organizational requirements
Leave management policy
Importance of login hours and schedule adherence
Contribution in ideas of process improvement.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in BPO/ITES industry.
