Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented

E-commerce Order Processing Executive

to manage and execute day-to-day online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms like

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra

, and a strong understanding of order fulfillment, stock management, shipment processing, and overall e-commerce backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other platforms. Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams for timely packing and dispatch.

Inventory Management:

Update stock levels regularly across marketplaces. Ensure product availability and avoid stock-outs or overselling. Coordinate stock inbound and returns.

Shipment & Logistics Coordination:

Generate shipping labels and manifests as per platform guidelines. Ensure timely handover to courier partners and maintain tracking data.

Marketplace Operations:

Manage product listings and pricing updates when needed. Monitor order status, cancellations, and returns. Ensure compliance with each platform's operational policies.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, stock movements. Provide regular reports on order status and fulfillment metrics.

Requirements:

Proven experience (1-3 years) in E-commerce operations or order processing. Hands-on experience with Seller Central (Amazon), Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, and Myntra Partner Portal. Strong understanding of shipment workflows, labeling, returns, and claims. Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and basic inventory software. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure during peak seasons.
