DESCRIPTION
- Good typing skills (Acceptable: 26 \xe2\x80\x93 30 WPM)
- Logical Test Score of 12 and above.
- Basic system knowledge, MS- Excel will be an added advantage.
- Average communication would be fine.
PROFICIENCY
- Must have good typing skills.
- Must have good system handling skills.
- Basic English understanding skills to comprehend \xe2\x80\x9cClient Emails\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cOrder Information\xe2\x80\x9d and take necessary action.
- Must have logical and reasoning skills.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Consults with team lead/supervisors regarding process requirements and work towards fulfilling client deadlines.
