Key Responsibilities:
Receive Purchase Orders (POs) from distributors and sellers.
Verify the details in each PO and forward them to the production team for processing.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order execution and dispatch.
Collect the daily dispatch report from the production team at the end of each day.
Prepare and share the consolidated dispatch report in the designated group daily.
Maintain accurate records of POs, dispatches, and reports for audit and tracking purposes.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve order or dispatch-related issues.
Ensure adherence to company processes and timelines for all order-related activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing, sales coordination, or backend operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines.
