Title: Order Processing Specialist (Female Preferred)

Location: kesar chauraha Rampura road Sanganer

Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: ?12,000 - ?18,000 (based on performance)

We are seeking a dedicated Order Processing Specialist to join our team at Gujari Jaipur This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our e-commerce operation.

Responsibilities:

- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently through our e-commerce platforms.

- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any inquiries they may have.

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

- Maintain detailed records of all orders and transactions.

- Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and cycle counting.

- Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any order-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in order processing or related roles is preferred but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and e-commerce platforms.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
