We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient
Orders Processing Executive
to manage the end-to-end processing of customer orders for
Flipkart
. The role involves handling online orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, updating order status, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily customer orders on the Flipkart seller/warehouse portal.
Confirm, pack, and dispatch orders within the SLA (Service Level Agreement) timelines.
Coordinate with warehouse/inventory team to ensure stock availability.
Manage returns, cancellations, and replacement orders.
Monitor and update order status, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination.
Ensure packaging and labeling standards are followed as per Flipkart guidelines.
Generate shipping labels and invoices using Flipkart seller tools.
Resolve order-related issues in coordination with the customer service or support team.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports of all processed orders.
Ensure high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in e-commerce order processing (preferred).
Familiarity with Flipkart Seller Hub or similar order management systems.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Data Entry).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
