We are looking for an Order Processor to join our dynamic team at GALAXY INCORPORATION. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service and products to our clients.
Responsibilities
Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system
Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and shipping information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any order discrepancies or issues
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting any stock shortages
Support the customer service team by addressing customer inquiries related to order status and delivery timelines
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance order processing efficiency
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in order processing or a related role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
Preferred:
Experience with order management systems software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
Familiarity with order processing systems and software
Basic understanding of inventory management principles
Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
