Order Processing Executive (noida Sector 125)

Job Description

Job Summary: The Order Processing Executive is responsible for end-to-end processing of

customer orders, ensuring accurate order entry, timely invoicing, and smooth coordination with

internal teams such as Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance. The role is critical in

meeting customer service levels, minimizing order errors, and ensuring compliance with

channel-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management & Processing:

Order Receipt: Validate customer orders from multiple channels (General Trade, Modern

Trade, E-commerce / Quick Commerce).

Order Validation: Check orders for SKU correctness, pricing, taxation, credit limits, MOQ, and

delivery timelines. Ensuring correct customer, SKU, quantity, and dispatch location mapping.

Order Allocation: Coordinate with Planning and Warehouse teams for stock allocation across

multiple FCs, ensuring adherence to customer requirements.

Order Priority: Customer wise order prioritization

2. Coordination & Dispatch Planning:

Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to

ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.

Dispatch Tracking: Track order fulfillment status and proactively follow up on pending,

delayed, or partial dispatches.

Customer Communication: Share order confirmations, dispatch details, and delivery updates

with customers and sales teams.

3. Reporting & Process Compliance:

MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on order status, billing

accuracy, pending orders, and fulfillment performance.

Process Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and customer-specific

order processing guidelines.

Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, recurring issues, and improvement

opportunities to enhance order accuracy and turnaround time.

Education & Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Business Administration /

Supply Chain (B.com / BBA) or equivalent.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Order Processing, Customer Service, or Supply Chain

Operations, preferably in FMCG / Retail / E-commerce environments.

Technical Skills:

? Good understanding of Order processing.

? Hands-on experience with ERP systems.

? Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for MIS and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
