Urgent - Hiring for Order Processing head

Experience - 1 to 4 years

Job Location - Mumbai (Masjid Bunder)

Salary - 20K to 27K In hand per Month

Education - Graduation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Order receiving via mail, verbal and Sales Work Order.

? Sending order acknowledgement emails to clients.

? Planning of the Order includes stock check and final qty, rates on the order.

? Executing the order and emailing status of the same.

? Coordination with dispatch team for planning on dispatch.

? Coordinating with Purchase team for receipt of material from vendor or manufacturing.

? Follow up with Admin for sending TC to client by email or by courier.

? MIS report to be submitted as assigned on regular basis to get new verbal orders.

? Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers

? Giving LR details and dispatch details to client in proper time.

? Co-ordination with the dealers and customers for proper supply of the requirement of products.
