Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer orders in internal systems (ERP/CRM/Excel).
Verify order details such as pricing, quantity, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Handle order-related queries and resolve basic issues promptly.
Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation of orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Support the team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
0-1 year of experience in order processing, operations, or back-office support.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (Good to Have):
Experience working with ERP/CRM systems.
Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, or logistics processes.
