Skills: Tally & Excel knowledge is important

Responsibilities
Review customer Purchase Orders (POs) and verify company details, item descriptions, pricing, and invoicing terms.
Coordinate with Inside Sales Engineering (ISE) team for PO clarifications.
Send order acknowledgment to customers.
Enter PO details in MIS, including order, financial, and logistics information.
Generate Sales Orders in Tally software.
Coordinate with procurement/input team for material availability and order planning.
Prepare required documents for order execution.
Handle material pre-dispatch and dispatch process.
Update order status and close PO after full delivery.
Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Knowledge of MIS & Tally preferred.
Basic communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,172.20 - ₹33,423.05 per month
