Hiring for Order Processing Head

Experience :- 1 To 2 Year
Location :- Masjid Bunder
Salary :- 15K TO 25K

Qualification :- Graduation

Key Responsibilities:-

Receive, review, and process customer orders in the ERP/CRM system.

Verify product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines before order confirmation.

Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Monitor order status and proactively follow up on pending or delayed orders.

Prepare and issue invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documents as required.

Handle customer inquiries related to orders, delivery schedules, and product information.

Ensure compliance with company policies, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Generate daily/weekly/monthly order reports for management.

Resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, or delays with minimal supervision.
