1.Responsible for managing the ordering activity for the organization, including timely and accurate entry and processing of all orders received.
2. Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
4. Verify customer information, pricing, and product availability.
5. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., inventory, shipping) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
6. Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, customer complaints, and other issues.
7. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.
8. Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat.
9. Track order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
