We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Executive to manage website orders end-to-end, ensure smooth coordination with logistics, and handle basic customer support queries related to orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage daily website orders accurately and on time
Handle order lifecycle on EasyEcom (order confirmation, invoicing, shipping, returns)
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery
Monitor order status, cancellations, RTOs, and returns
Update order-related data and maintain records
Handle customer queries via email/WhatsApp/calls related to orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently, ensuring good customer experience
Escalate issues when required and follow up for closure
Requirements:
Prior experience in website order processing or ecommerce operations
Hands-on experience with EasyEcom (mandatory/preferred)
Basic understanding of ecommerce workflows and logistics
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders
Preferred Skills:
Experience in D2C or ecommerce brands
Familiarity with courier dashboards and CRM tools
