We are looking for an

experienced Order Processing Executive

to handle end-to-end order management, client coordination, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should come from the

fasteners or manufacturing industry

, possess excellent organizational skills, and ensure smooth, timely order processing from receipt to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Manage order processing from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and dispatch teams to plan order execution. Review stock levels, quantities, and pricing before confirming orders. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding order status, LR details, and dispatch updates. Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow. Handle order acknowledgments, documentation, and MIS reporting. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. Maintain and update order records in the system accurately.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in order processing, preferably in the

fasteners or manufacturing

sector. Graduate;

Mechanical Engineering background preferred.

Strong understanding of order management, logistics, and coordination processes. Proficiency in MS Office and order management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management, multitasking, and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
