Key Responsibilities
Process daily orders received via
Shopify
Maintain and update order data using
Excel
(tracking sheets, reports, reconciliations)
Verify customer details, addresses, SKUs, and payment status before dispatch
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners for timely order fulfillment
Track dispatched, delivered, RTO, and pending orders
Identify and resolve order-related discrepancies or errors
Generate daily and weekly order reports
Ensure accuracy and consistency in order records
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of
Excel
(filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas preferred)
Hands-on experience with
Shopify order management
(preferred but not mandatory)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of e-commerce order flow
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
Experience
0-2 years of experience in order processing, operations, or e-commerce support
Working Hours
6 days a week
