Order Processing Coordinator
The Order Processing Coordinator will manage and streamline the complete order lifecycle-from order receipt to dispatch-ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and prior experience in garment/apparel order handling. Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end order processing, including order entry, confirmation, and updating internal systems.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Verify order details, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of orders, stock status, and delivery timelines.
Communicate with clients regarding order updates, delays, or requirements.
Follow up with logistics partners for dispatch and delivery tracking.
Prepare daily/weekly order status reports for management.
Resolve any order-related issues promptly and professionally. Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in order processing, preferably in clothing/apparel or retail industry.
Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, order management software, and basic computer operations.
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
