Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end order processing across all e-commerce platforms and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of orders.
Monitor daily order flow including order confirmation, invoicing, packing, dispatch, returns, and refunds.
Coordinate closely with the packaging team to ensure correct, secure, and timely packaging of products as per brand standards.
Supervise the packaging workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity and quality control within the packaging team.
Track order status regularly and proactively identify and resolve issues such as delays, mismatches, or system errors.
Maintain and update order data across e-commerce dashboards and internal trackers with high accuracy.
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly order reports including sales, dispatches, returns, cancellations, and pending orders.
Coordinate with logistics, inventory, warehouse, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order processing and packaging.
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.
