Order Processing
Receive, verify, and enter customer orders into ERP.
Punch sales orders as per applicable schemes within 24 hours.
Process retail, sample, and display orders as per requirement.
Track and process orders for direct dealer groups, sharing updates via WhatsApp groups.
Respond to urgent order requests and escalate them for quick processing & provide order related support
Coordination
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Arrange material from nearby areas if not available locally.
Coordinate with accounts for credit notes in case of supply errors or discount mismatches.
Handle order escalations by following up with the warehouse team or concerned departments.
Shipping & Delivery
Work with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Track shipments and share delivery status with customers and sales teams.
Share pending order tentative dispatch dates with customers on a weekly basis.
Share daily pending order and dispatch status with the Sales Head.
Issue Resolution
Handle customer complaints related to order errors, delays, or product concerns.
Provide prompt resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting
Prepare and share daily,weekly reports & Share daily pending and dispatch updates with Sales Head
