Responsible for accurate packing of customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining stock records. The role also involves monitoring inventory, updating stock levels, and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and neatly as per company standards.
Ensure all products are packed safely with correct labeling and invoices.
Prepare parcels for handover to courier/logistics partners.
Maintain proper inventory records and update stock in the system regularly.
Assist in stock counting, inwarding, and arranging products in the warehouse.
Check for product damages, shortages, or mismatches and report them immediately.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area and storage space.
Requirements:
Prior experience in e-commerce packing/inventory handling will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge for stock entry and order updates.
Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in work.
Skills:
Good organizational skills.
Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
