Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Order Operations Analyst based in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks reviewing orders for accuracy, managing dispatches and production planning to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities: -

Reviewing order acceptances for accuracy - ensuring correct terms & conditions are included in the customer PO Coordinating dispatches - learning about different logistics vendors, preparing required documents and coordinating with customer team to ensure on-time & smooth delivery Production planning - ensuring that orders are processed on time, and purchase team has placed POs on time Coordinating with customers on a variety of activities such as delivery documentation, follow up for payments, and Coordinating with vendors for inwards goods from international locations such as USA, UK, Israel, Taiwan and more Managing acceptance of goods at stores such as incorrect documentation or rejections based on quality Contributing to our vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat in defence component manufacturing, and selling globally

Qualification

Candidate must have diploma in ECE or related engineering, and/ or Engineering degree (any). 2-3 years of experience in Operations role. Knowledge of MS-Office - Word & Excel is mandatory Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Previous experience in the defense or aerospace industry is a plus

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
