We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Personnel to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting the sales department through customer communication, digital inquiry handling, campaign execution, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, maintaining retailer and distributor relationships, and boosting overall sales efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Communication & Sales Coordination
- Make outbound calls to retailers for taking orders, sharing schemes, and relationship management on behalf of the company.- Conduct cold calling to convert prospects into warm or hot leads.- Coordinate regularly with the sales admin and assigned sales personnel in the field to ensure smooth order flow and follow-ups.- Closely work with the admin and head office to push business through material liquidation and strategic sales support.
Sales & Promotional Campaign Execution
- Assist in seasonal sale campaigns, scheme execution, and retail/wholesale promotions.- Collect and manage retail and distributor data from various sources for campaign targeting.- Execute and support functions, local activations, and event-based sales campaigns.- Collaborate in the planning and execution of marketing and product campaigns.
Digital Inquiry Handling & Marketing Tools
- Handle online sales inquiries from platforms such as the website, social media, and ad platforms.- Manage promotional outreach using:
Email campaigns (Mailchimp, Zoho, or manual),
WhatsApp API tools for automatic or semi-automatic communication
Broadcast messaging for scheme launches, new arrivals, and offers.- Ensure timely response to leads generated from digital channels, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.- Maintain basic knowledge of digital platforms and tools to improve outreach efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain accurate and timely records of:
Call logs,
Campaign responses,
Inquiry conversions,
Retailer/distributor feedback- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales support reports to be submitted to the Sales Admin and Managing Director.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong follow-up and customer service mindset- Familiarity with email marketing, CRM systems, and WhatsApp API tools- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data handling- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to digital tools- Team player with an organized and disciplined approach- Experience in telecalling, sales support, or marketing coordination preferred
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or digital inquiry handling

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
