We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Associate & Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.
This role combines backend coordination (order tracking, logistics, vendor follow-ups) with front-end communication (customer service and issue resolution). You will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfillment, happy customers, and timely updates across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management
Process incoming orders accurately through the system.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Track orders from placement to delivery and proactively address delays or exceptions.
Maintain accurate records of order status, inventory updates, and returns.
Generate daily/weekly reports on order flow, fulfillment rates, and bottlenecks.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Manage complaints, returns, or exchange requests with empathy and efficiency.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up until closure.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the operations and product teams.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred (Commerce, Business, or related fields).
1-3 years of experience in order management, logistics coordination, or customer service.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Proficient with MS Excel / Google Sheets, CRM or ERP tools, and email management.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).
