Ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch
Track and reduce RTO cases with corrective actions
Handle claims & escalations within defined SLAs
Monitor inventory levels & product visibility
Coordinate with logistics & sales teams for accuracy
Required Candidate profile
Bachelor's in business, Supply Chain, or related field
1 year of experience in order/inventory operations
Proficiency in Excel & reporting dashboards
Excellent communication for claims and escalations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
