The mission of an Order Handler is to provide superior experience to our customers by successfully managing the end-to-end customer orders.   • Execute and manage the order processes (order to cash) via ERP System.
  • Place orders to internal factories and external suppliers.
  • Communicate with customers and follow up on order acknowledgements.
  • Follow up & co-ordinate to ensure delivery is done in line with the incoterms, delivery time and agreed costs.
  • Timely escalation and resolution of issues arising during order handling process.
  • Handle Import, export documentations and logistics requirements.
  • Order backlog and goods movement inventory follow up.
  • Timely Invoicing.
  • Ensure customer is always informed on the order status and respond to customer queries promptly.
  • Ensure compliance to standard business processes throughout order handling process.
Develop intra organizational network to ensure smooth and timely execution of customer orders. * Effectively communicate with factories, suppliers, and other stake holders within and outside the organization.
  • Register and manage claims throughout the whole claim handling / investigation process.
Should be able to work under pressure collaborate with different stake holders and prioritize customer needs according to changing business objectives.Who you are:

Workplace & Hierarchy
  • The position is based in Satara, India and reports to the Unit Manager WHE Factory.
Candidate Profile (Personal):
  • University Degree
  • Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in Order Handling/Logistics/Customer - - Service with a multinational company.
  • Working experience with Letter of Credits, LC documentation and Trade Finance.
  • Working knowledge of commercial Incoterms
  • Knowledge of logistics with a knowledge of import export process & documentation
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Sustainability practices with respect to supply chain and logistics will be added advantage.
